SAN DIEGO COUNTY PUBLIC LAW LIBRARY'S
DIRECTOR OF LIBRARIES RESIGNS

SAN DIEGO, CA, NOVEMBER 5, 2009: The San Diego County Public Law Library's (SDCPLL), Director of Libraries, Robert E. Riger, has formally tendered his resignation, effective immediately. Mr. Riger began working as the Library's Director in August 2005. The Library Board of Trustees President, San Diego Superior Court Judge Julia Kelety, has accepted his resignation on behalf of the Board. Judge Kelety conveyed the Library's appreciation for Mr. Riger's service and best wishes in his future endeavors. The Board will address the naming of an Interim Director and the search for a new Director as soon as possible.
