How to File a Complaint in California Superior Court - Only 3 spots left!
How do you file a complaint in California Superior Court? This class will cover subject matter jurisdiction (small claims; limited and unlimited actions); personal jurisdiction issues; drafting a well-pleaded complaint; using California Judicial Council forms; filing the complaint with the Superior Court and serving the named defendants.
About the speaker: Kathleen Walker, Esq. has been a litigator for 20 years, practicing in New York and California. She has worked at international law firms, operated a sole practice and a partnership. Currently, Ms. Walker is in-house counsel for Mophie, an accessory maker for Apple® products.
