Account Closure Form Form Request form to close library accounts (process takes 4-6 weeks).
Appeals Procedure Procedure A Board of Trustees approved procedure for appealing a suspension greater than 6 days.
Borrowers' Rules Policy Rules approved by the Board of Trustees governing Library membership.
Collection Development Policy Policy A Board of Trustees approved policy intended to guide staff in the acquisition and retention of materials.
Conference Room Application Form Reservation form for all branch conference rooms.
Conference Room Policy Policy Policy approved by Board of Trustees regarding public use of SDCPLL conference rooms.
Document Delivery Form Form Form to provide specific citations for document delivery, and pricing.
Donor Information Form Form Complete this form to donate legal materials to the law library.
Firm Borrower's Application Form Application for firms to become Law Library members.
Government Borrower's Application Form Application for Government Agencies to become Law Library members.
Individual Borrower's Application Form Application for individuals (attorneys & non-attorneys) who are not employed by a business or firm to become Law Library members.
Legal Information Services Policy  
Library Provided Technology (table) Guide A brief overview of technology available at the Law Library, including sign up requirements and time limits. Use in conjunction with the Technology Use Policy.
Organizational Borrower's Application Form Application for non-commercial organizations (i.e. non-profits) to become Law Library members.
Patron Order Request Form A form for patrons to use when requesting the library purchase or obtain specific material. Requests are subject to the Collection Development Policy and approval by the Collection Development Committee.
Rules of Conduct and Acceptable Use Policy Policy A Board of Trustees approved policy governing the public’s conduct for the proper use of the Law Library.
Technology Use Policy Policy A Board of Trustees approved policy governing the use of computers, Internet services, and electronics at SDCPLL.
